Our Bathrooms All of our current properties are fitted with a top of the range Triton shower unit, brand new bath, brand new toilet, brand new basin with other chrome bathroom fittings to modernise this room. The bathrooms are fitted with high quality tiles which are worth the money as they make the room look spectacular.
Our Bedrooms The bedrooms are built to last at all the Middlefield properties. Neutral but classic colours are used so it appeals to the majority of tenants. We try to make all our bedroom areas as spacious as it can be and we fit each bedroom with a built in wardrobe which will last a lifetime.
Our Windows Epic window fittings provide us with top of the range windows for all our properties. As well as looking great they really do keep the warmth in and the cold out.
Our Carpets Summerhill Carpets provide us with excellent quality fitted carpet for all our properties. Colour scheme of every carpet blends in nicely with the rest of the decor.
Our Decorating Top of the range Macpherson's trade paint is the product we use when we are decorating all of our properties. Magnolia and Brilliant White are the colours we use in the properties for the walls and ceilings as we feel this really makes the rooms look light, spacious and modern. Dulux Trade Satinwood paint is used for all the wood work. The finish is everything.
