When we purchase properties we buy to sell and buy to let. Here are some of our projects that we have refurbished and will rent out to tenants around the Midlands area.

Here we purchased a large property in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham and refurbished the flats within the large property. We can see light at the end of the tunnel with nearly finishing this block now.

Here we purchased a large property in the Kings Norton area of Birmingham and refurbished the flats within the large property. Flat 8a is seperate to the main block of flat situated next to the properties gardens. This is a spacious one bedroom flat.

58 Kellfield Avenue, Harborne, Birmingham.

Here we have took one of our tired houses and completely refurbished it. There has been work done all over this house from tarmacing the drive to fitting new boilers inside etc. There is not one part of this house that we haven't modernised and made more appealing. See photo's of the property finished.
