THE LATEST ADDITION TO OUR PORTFOLIO

Middlefield Properties Ltd are now proud owners of Ludgate Court, 191 Lakes Road in Erdington. We were successful at a recent SDL Bigwoods auction where we purchased this block. This is a really well built block of 12 flats that we are excited about. We will keep you updated as we work on this block but at the moment we are concentrating on getting the hallways painting, the outside render painted and a general tidy up around the place. See the image below, more to follow –

In February 2016 we managed to become proud owners of 53-59 Beaconsview Road, in West Brom. This is a really well built new build block of 4 flats that we are excited about. We have recently tidied the block up by painting the communal hallways, putting signs up, re lining the car park and replacing the front entrance door to the block. Images of this block to follow –

Middlefield Properties Ltd are proud owners of Yeomanry Court, 34-36 Mossfield Road in Kings Heath. This is a lovely block of 8 flats that we are excited about. We will keep you updated as we work on this block. First job is to redecorate and tidy up the communal hallways on both entrances. See the images below –

Middlefield Properties Ltd are also extremely happy to now have another one of our blocks of flats completely finished. Mason House, Flats 1-8a 107 Middleton Hall Road is now completely finished after a 2 year refurbishment. This lovely building now has 10 up to date and state of the art flats. The last job (lining the car park) of this 2 year project was finished yesterday. Sad to see this finish but on to our next block. See the photo's below –
